When you use our separate estimate and messaging forms, we collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, HVAC request and consent selections. Our website and service providers may also collect basic device, browser, usage and cookie information.
We use information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule service, provide customer support, maintain records and improve our services. Service texts are sent only when you select the optional service-text consent box. Marketing texts require a separate optional marketing consent selection. Consent is not required to purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as messaging delivery and customer service, is permitted solely to provide those services. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing.
